Full Road Closure Notice: Griffin Road, Gulfstream Way and I-95 WB Exit July 18-25 
The Florida Department of Transportation and the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority will close Griffin Road (SR-818/) & Gulfstream Way (just west of I-95) in east and westbound directions from Friday, July 18, 2025, 6 a.m., to Thursday, July 24, 2025, 11 p.m. If necessary to complete the work, this closure will extend to Friday, July 25, at 6 a.m. The 1-95 Griffin Road Westbound Exit will also be closed in both directions. Traffic will be detoured to eastbound Griffin Road, Stirling Road, Federal Hwy / US-1 and Angler's Avenue. Expect heavier traffic in those areas during this period. Allow extra travel time. The full closure is necessary to conduct maintenance work on the South Florida Rail Corridor that involve rehabilitating the existing track, repairing rails and replacing the crossing surface.
