4th Precinct Community Service Officers T. Frye and K. Eley joined Urban League of Essex County, located at 508 Central Avenue, for its Health and Financial Wellness Fair. The event offered health screening, exercise demonstrations, and financial workshops. Officers Frye and Eley shared resources and raffled an electric skillet.
