Temporary Intersection Closure: 8th Avenue & Iverson on Friday, July 18 
On Friday, July 18, 2025, the intersection of 8th Avenue and Iverson Street will be closed to all traffic from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
This temporary closure is necessary to allow the project team to perform soil borings near the creek crossing as part of the 8th Avenue Culvert Replacement Project.
Closing the intersection entirely is a safer and more efficient option than using flaggers at this location. Access to all nearby properties will remain available via 7th Avenue. The City appreciates your patience and understanding during this important project work
