SUSPECT(S): Jesse Gomez, 40-year-old resident of Pomona
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Sunday, July 13, 2025, at about 5:25p.m., an unidentified suspect entered the MyVapor Vape shop in Chino Hills, took product from the shelf, and attempted to walk out of the store without paying. A brief struggle ensued between the suspect and an employee before the suspect ran away with the merchandise. Investigators from the Chino Hills Sheriff's Station identified the suspect as Jesse Gomez, a 40-year-old resident of Pomona.
On Thursday, July 17, 2025, deputies located Gomez and arrested him for the robbery. Gomez was later booked at West Valley Detention Center.
