The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating two women who have been reported missing today, July 18, 2025. Both individuals are considered missing and endangered due to concerns for their safety and well-being.

Sarah Nicole Sullivan, 35, of Bailey Road in Sheldon, was reported missing by family members at approximately 9:30 a.m. on July 18. She was last seen and spoken to around 3:00 a.m. this morning. It is currently unknown whether she left the area on foot or was picked up by someone.

Melinda Michelle Scott, 47, of Dulamo Road on St. Helena Island, was reported missing at around 11:00 a.m. on July 18. According to her family, she has not been seen or heard from since the evening of her birthday, June 29, at about 9:00 p.m. Due to the extended time since her last known contact, her family is increasingly worried about her well-being.
