...BECOMING WINDY AND VERY DRY IN SOUTHERN-MOST IDAHO SUNDAY... .West winds will increase Sunday afternoon and evening in the southern half of Owyhee County (Fire Weather zones 423 and 426), while relative humidity lowers to near 10 percent. The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Fire Weather Watch for winds and low relative humidities, which is in effect from Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...In Idaho, Fire Weather Zones 423 Owyhee Mountains and 426 Southern Highlands.

* TIMING...From Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening.

* WINDS...Sustained westerly 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...9 to 21 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...86 to 92 degrees.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* AFFECTED AREAS: OWYHEE MOUNTAINS ... SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS
