In east central Illinois, Champaign, Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie and Vermilion. In southeast Illinois, Clay, Crawford, Effingham, Jasper, Lawrence and Richland. In west central Illinois, Cass, Fulton, Knox, Morgan, Schuyler and Scott.

* WHEN...Through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy thunderstorms are forecast to impact the region this morning through Monday morning. Rain rates over 2 inches per hour will accompany the heaviest storms.
