Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Missing Persons Detail is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Richard White. He was last seen on July 19, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., on the 500 block of 3rd Avenue, in the city of Bassett.
Mr. White is described as a 20-year-old White male, 5’11”, 185 lbs., with red hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue Hawaiian shirt, blue shorts, and neon green shoes.
Mr. White’s family is concerned for his well-being as he suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, is diabetic and requires medication.
