1. Resisting Arrest (0529) 300 Block of East Adams Street, Civic District
Officers responded to the listed area on a report of a family disturbance. Officers arrested a suspect for assault. When officers tried to get the suspect into a patrol vehicle, he refused to get in and resisted. Officers took the suspect to the ground and placed him in a SAFE wrap device. ARRESTED: Larry Thornton, 29, for domestic violence charges and resisting arrest.
