July 18, 2025:

• Officer Schram was dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 700 block of East Michigan Avenue. A 57-year-old female was arrested for domestic assault.
• Officer Richardson responded to the 100 block of West Michigan Avenue for a breaking and entering report. A 42-year-old female was arrested for breaking and entering.
• JPD members attended the Hot Air Jubilee.
• Sergeant Thoresen conducted a traffic stop at Greenwood Avenue and West High Street. The 23-year-old male driver was arrested for child endangerment and driving while intoxicated – 2^nd offense.
• Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Sheldon Street for an assault. A 29-year-old male was arrested for felonious assault and an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 200 block of Cooper Street. A 33-year-old female was arrested for arson and domestic assault.
• Officer Justice was in the 2000 block of Woodsum Street when he heard shots fired. Casings were located in the area.

• Officer Brooker made contact with a suspect from the breaking and entering that occurred in the 100 block of West Michigan Avenue on July 18^th. A 51-year-old male and a 55-year-old female were both arrested for breaking and entering.
• Officer Reynaga was dispatched to the 200 block of Griswold Street for a subject violating a personal protection order. A 30-year-old male was arrested for violating a personal protection order.
• JPD members attended the Interfaith Shelter Block Party.
• Officer Richardson and Officer Soloman conducted a traffic stop near East Wilkins Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The 48-year-old male driver was transported to the hospital. Charges will be sought on the driver for possessing narcotics.
• Sergeant Thoresen conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Columbus Street. A 22-year-old female was arrested on several outstanding warrants.
• Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 700 block of Irving Street. A 45-year-old male was arrested for conditional bond violation and domestic assault – 2^nd offense.
• Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of South Jackson Street for a weapons complaint. A 20-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.

• Officer Brooker responded to the 800 block of North East Avenue for a personal welfare check.
• Officer Richardson was dispatched to the 400 block of Colfax Street for a malicious destruction of property report. Charges will be sought on a 45-year-old male for malicious destruction of property over $200.
• Officer Tenney made contact with a subject in the 1500 block of East Michigan Avenue. A 44-year-old female was arrested for providing false information to a police officer; resisting and obstructing; and assaulting a police officer.
• Officers responded to the 500 block of Wildwood Avenue for a breaking and entering. A 31-year-old male was arrested for entering without permission and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
