7/11 - 11:54 p.m. - Rita S. Edwards, 35 of East St. Louis, charged with No Valid Driver's License, Operation of Vehicle with Suspended Registration & Operation Uninsured Vehicle.
Shanira S. Foree, 18 of East St. Louis, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was arrested on a St. Clair County traffic warrant.
Incident occurred at North Jefferson Street and Legion Drive.
