Missing Person Heeseoung Park: At Risk Due to Age and Dementia
The Oakland Police Department requests assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person Heeseoung Park, who is at risk due to Age and Dementia.
He was last seen on July 21, 2025, around 10:00 a.m., in the 200 block of 10th Street. Park was wearing a gray jacket, multi-colored button-up shirt, blue jeans, and blue sneakers.
He is described as a 70-year-old Asian male who is 5'4” tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.
