Activity for July 21, 2025:
- Officer Smith responded to the 200 block of North East Avenue for an assault report.
- Officer Hogan was dispatched to the 1500 block of East Michigan Avenue for a threats report.
- Officers responded to the 1700 block of Chapin Street for a weapons complaint. A 20-year-old male was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon; reckless discharge; and felonious assault.
- Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of East Porter Street for a weapons complaint. An 18-year-old female received a citation for disorderly conduct. Charges will be sought on an 18-year-old male for assault with a dangerous weapon.
- Officers responded to the 500 block of McNeal Street for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was located unoccupied in the 100 block of Mitchell Street. The vehicle was returned to the owner.
- Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of West Michigan Avenue for a breaking and entering report. A suspect has been identified.
