Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., requests the public’s help in locating Khloe Younger, 13, of Newark, who was reported missing on Wednesday, July 9, 2025.
Khole, a frequent runaway, was last seen on Seymour Avenue between Madison Avenue and Avon Avenue. She wore a black tank top, black shorts, and black Air Jordan sneakers. Khole, described as Black, is 5’4,” has brown eyes, and weighs 130 pounds.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information on the whereabouts of Khloe Younger to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
