Wilmington Police arrest seven men on gun charges, recover stolen vehicle: 
Wilmington Police have arrested seven men on gun charges and recovered a stolen vehicle.
On July 19, at approximately 9:50 p.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division were in the area of West 34th and North Van Buren Streets, when they observed a stolen vehicle. Police attempted to conduct a vehicle stop, at which time the vehicle disregarded and fled the area. A short time later, the vehicle was located in the 500 block of West 35th Street, where several subjects exited the vehicle and fled on foot. Following a brief investigation, police took 21-year-old Katavioa Taylor of Chester, PA; 19-year-old Kwell Evans of Chester, PA; 19-year-old Jaden Dorsey of Chester, PA; 18-year-old Ronald Womack of Chester, PA; 20-year-old Mekhi Turner of Chester, PA; 20-year-old Rahshad Rawls of Milford, DE; and a 17-year-old male juvenile from Darby, PA, into custody without further incident.
Police recovered two loaded AR-15 style rifles, a loaded 9mm handgun, and recovered a stolen vehicle.
Katavioa Taylor has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
- Resisting Arrest
Kwell Evans has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
- Resisting Arrest
Jaden Dorsey has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
- Resisting Arrest
Ronald Womack has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
- Resisting Arrest
Mekhi Turner has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
- Resisting Arrest
Rahshad Rawls has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
- Resisting Arrest
The 17-year-old male juvenile has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited
- Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
- Resisting Arrest
