Dual Search Warrants Carried Out Today with ESD K9 Maui 
Two individuals have been arrested today in connection with separate investigations involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), following multiple cybertips reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
At about 9:45 a.m., the Janesville Police Department, with the assistance of the Department of Criminal Investigations (DCI), executed a search warrant in the 400 block of North Oakhill Avenue. The suspect, David Hoyle, age 68, was identified during the investigation and was taken into custody at the residence. David was arrested for two counts of Possession of Child Pornography and was later transported to the Rock County Sheriff’s Office.
At about 11:30 a.m., a second search warrant was executed in the 2000 block of Taylor Court. The suspect, Marzette Conner, age 24, was identified during the investigation and was taken into custody at the residence. Marzette was arrested for five counts of Possession of Child Pornography and was later transported to the Rock County Sheriff’s Office.
Electronic devices were collected as evidence with the assistance of Electronic Storage Detection (ESD) K9 Maui at both locations. K9 Maui is a specially trained electronic storage detection dog, capable of locating concealed electronic devices such as USB drives, SD cards, cell phones, and other digital media that may contain evidence. The use of K9 Maui significantly enhances law enforcement's ability to recover crucial evidence.
