LOCATION: 7000 Block of Koda Way, Big River, CA
SUSPECT(S): Edward Kibbler, 62-years-old, Resident of Big River, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Monday, July 21 2025, deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a report of a domestic disturbance near the 7000 block of Koda Way in Big River, Ca. When deputies arrived on scene, they found the suspect, Edward Kibbler, had physically assaulted the victim. The victim denied medical attention at the scene.
Kibbler was arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Kibbler remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $25,000.00, pending a court hearing.
