* Locations impacted include... Bluffton, Springfield, Jasper, Rincon, Port Wentworth, Hardeeville, Guyton, Purysburgh, Ebenezer and Stillwell. This includes the following highways... I-95 in Georgia between mile markers 109 and 112. I-95 in South Carolina between mile markers 2 and 16.
