Flood Advisory until 08:15PM 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Georgia, including the following counties, Bryan, Bulloch, Chatham and Effingham and southeast South Carolina, including the following counties, Beaufort and Jasper.
* WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 609 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pooler, Bluffton, Ridgeland, Springfield, Godley Station, Savannah International Airport, I-16/I-95 Interchange, Hutchinson Island, Downtown Savannah and Bellinger Hill Area.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BRYAN, GA ... BULLOCH, GA ... CHATHAM, GA ... EFFINGHAM, GA ... BEAUFORT, SC ... JASPER, SC
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
