Please be advised that the 2025 Hot-in-Place Pavement Recycling and Resurfacing work starts this week (July 23, 2025), in the Windflower Bay Neighborhood. 

This weeks work involves the adjustment (lowering) of manhole covers in preperation for pavement milling, hot-in-place asphalt recycling, and resurfacing.  

All roads will remain open to traffic, but there will be lane closures, flagging, and short delays.  It is advised that traffic seek alternate routes around the work area.
