Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., requests the public’s help identifying the below-pictured male suspect in connection with an armed business robbery that occurred on Thursday, July 10, 2025.
At approximately 9:42 p.m., two armed male suspects entered a business located in the 800 block of Sanford Avenue and ordered the workers to hand over their cash. The suspects took a total of $1,530.00 from the workers and $1,607.00 from the business for a total of $3,137.00.
Suspect #1 is described as approximately 5’10” tall with a medium build. He was wearing a black hooded “Champion” sweatshirt, ski mask, black sweatpants, and gloves.
Suspect #2 (pictured) is described as a large male with a light complexion and slight beard. He was wearing a white T-shirt and black shorts.
