INCIDENT: Residential Robbery
LOCATION: 14000 block of Pawnee Road, Apple Valley
SUSPECT(S): Maria Gonzalez, 39-year-old female out of Hesperia
SUMMARY: On June 4, 2025, deputies with the Apple Valley Station responded to a residence located in the 14000 block of Pawnee Road in reference to an incident. A resident reported that an adult female and a female juvenile pushed their way through the front door and stole approximately $900 worth of shoes. The suspect, later identified as Maria Gonzalez, and the female juvenile fled the location prior to deputies’ arrival. An arrest warrant was issued for Gonzalez’s arrest.
Upon completing a detailed investigation into Gonzalez’s whereabouts, a search warrant was served on July 22, 2025, in the city of Hesperia. Gonzalez was arrested without incident and booked into High Desert Detention Center for residential robbery with bail set at $60,000. Gonzalez later posted bail and was released from custody.
