After 13 months on the run, Jeremy Lowe #1 on SHERIFF LEVON ALLEN’S Top 10 Most Wanted, is now in custody.

Justice is one step closer for the victim, and their loved ones, following the arrest of Jeremy Lowe, who was wanted for a fatal shooting in Forest Park. Lowe ran literally until he couldn’t run anymore after being tired, falling asleep on someone’s porch to rest.
On June 20, 2024, the City of Forest Park Police Department responded to a “person shot” call on the 1400 block of Rock Cut Road in Forest Park, Georgia.
When officers arrived, they found the victim on the ground with a gunshot wound to the neck. The victim was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition but tragically passed away on June 22, 2024.
As the investigation moved forward, the Investigators of Forest Park Police Department issued warrants for suspect Jeremy Lowe for Aggravated Assault and later upgraded them to murder.
SHERIFF LEVON ALLEN placed Lowe on the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office Top Ten Most Wanted List and deployed the Elite Fugitive Unit to find him.
Four days ago, SHERIFF LEVON ALLEN personally spoke to the mother of the victim and told her that although it’s been over a year, his office is still hunting for Lowe.
The mother told the Sheriff, “Find my baby’s Killer”!!!!
Today, July 23, 2025, Lowe was exhausted from being on the run and, having no other means of help, Lowe stopped to take a rest and fell asleep on someone's back porch and was captured by the East Point Police Department.
Everyone knows the story of "The Tortoise and the Hare". You can run, but you can’t hide for long. We will continue to cut off the resources and avenues of support for all suspects on the top 10. You will get tired before we do.
Jamoryian Eustsey (MURDER) you are now #1 (Justice for China).
SHERIFF LEVON ALLEN would like to extend a special “Thank You” to:
• Chief Brandon Criss and the City of Forest Park Police Department
• Chief Shaun Buchanan and the East Point Police Department
for their tireless efforts to bring justice and ensure the safety of our community.
