...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Kansas, including the following areas, Johnson KS, Leavenworth, Miami and Wyandotte and Missouri, including the
  following areas, Caldwell, Carroll, Cass, Chariton, Clay, Clinton, Cooper, Howard, Jackson, Johnson MO, Lafayette, Linn MO, Livingston, Macon, Pettis, Platte, Randolph, Ray and Saline.

* WHEN...From this afternoon through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Conditions are favorable for repeated thunderstorms with heavy rainfall which could result in flash and river flooding.
