Cooling Station Opened at Library 
Due to the rising high temperatures today and the heat index possibly reaching 107 degrees in our area tomorrow, the Hawthorne Library will be available as a cooling station for Hawthorne residents in need of relief from the heat. As a reminder, If it is necessary to be outside please limit your activity and stay hydrated! Also, remember to check on the elderly & neighbors that may need assistance.
