Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the listed area. Officers searched the vehicle, found a loaded firearm, and took the driver into custody. ARRESTED: Shyhein Townsend, 22, for weapons charges.
2. Armed Robbery (2236) 2700 Block of Country Club Boulevard, Civic District
The male victim, 30, was working at an area business when two suspects entered and brandished a firearm. The suspects took property and fled. Officers located the suspects and arrested them without incident. ARRESTED: Two 17-year-old males for robbery, possession of stolen property, and conspiracy charges.
