Columbia Water laboratory staff advises the water customers near the intersection of Bethel Church Rd and Willingham Dr , located in Richland County of work to occur near the intersection of Bethel Church Rd and Willingham Dr Columbia Water is pursuing work on its water line located near the intersection of Bethel Church Rd and Willingham Dr . Residents in the affected area will experience interruption in water service or lower water pressure than normal. Columbia Water staff will be actively working to restore normal service.
