SUSPECT(S): Angel Rodriguez, 24-year-old female of Apple Valley
Sabrina Hernandez, 23-year-old female of Apple Valley
John Hernandez, 22-year-old male of Apple Valley
SUMMARY:
On June 30, 2025, deputies with the Apple Valley Station responded to 7/11 for a reported assault. The adult male victim was involved in a dispute with three suspects. The suspects assaulted the victim, causing moderate trauma to multiple areas of his body. Deputies identified Angel Rodriguez, and Sabrina Hernandez as two of the suspects involved in the assault.
A search warrant for the residence of Angel and Sabrina was authored and on July 23, 2025, the search warrant was served. Angel and Sabrina were detained without incident. During a search of the residence, deputies located suspected narcotics. John Hernandez was also detained without incident. All three subjects were booked at High Desert Detention Center. Angel was booked for battery with serious bodily injury, a felony warrant for vandalism, and is being held in lieu of $125,000 bail. Sabrina was booked for battery with serious bodily injury and is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail. John was booked for possession of suspected narcotics. John was cited and released from custody. The third suspect involved in the assault is still outstanding.
