Wilmington Police have arrested two men on drug charges.
 
On July 23 at approximately 12:41 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division were in the 1200 block of Lancaster Avenue in reference to a drug investigation. Police observed two subjects – 34-year-old Kendall Flowers and 22-year-old Israel El – engaging in drug transactions. Both suspects were taken into custody without incident, and police recovered 3.5 grams of crack cocaine and 80 grams of marijuana.
 
Flowers, who was found to be wanted on an unrelated matter, has been charged with the following offense:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
 
El has been charged with the following offense:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
