The Westlake Porter Public Library and The Rotary Club will be hosting the annual Arts Fest on 7/26. Note that the curb lane in front of the Library on Center Ridge Rd will be closed for vendor loading and unloading from 7A-10A and 4P-5:30P. Use caution when driving in the area.
