1. Battery on an Officer (1735) 300 Block of East Martin Luther King Boulevard, Seaport District

Officers were dispatched to the listed area on a report of a theft. The suspect was still at the scene where officers attempted to take her into custody. The suspect resisted and kicked an officer in the leg. The officer was uninjured and remained on duty. ARRESTED: Rena Hernandez, 32, for theft and battery on an officer.

2. Resisting Arrest (1919) 200 Block of East Jackson Street, Seaport District

The male victim, 24, was in a physical altercation with the suspect. When officers arrived, the suspect refused to obey commands and continued attacking the victim. Force was used to take the suspect into custody. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. ARRESTED: Aldo Yepiz-Hernandez, 32, for mayhem and resisting arrest charges.

3. Resisting Arrest (2110) 600 Block of East Hazelton Avenue, Seaport District

Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle in the listed area. The driver exited the vehicle and refused to obey commands. Force was used to take the driver into custody. ARRESTED: Arturo Lopez-Gomez, 37, for DUI and resisting arrest charges.

4. Persons Shot (0053) 1000 Block of Parma Road, Seaport District

The male victim, 18, the female victim, 18, and the female juvenile victim, 17, were in the listed area after attending a house party when the suspect shot them. The victims were transported to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. There is no suspect information.

5. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0200) 6000 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District

The female victim, 35, was in a parking lot in the listed area when the known suspect struck her on the head with an object, causing a non-life-threatening injury. The suspect then attempted to drive her vehicle over the victim and pointed a weapon at her. SUSPECT: Asian female adult.

6. Carjacking (0300) 3100 Block of Monte Diablo Avenue, Civic District

The male victim, 36, was at an area park when the suspect brandished a firearm and ordered the victim out of his vehicle. The suspect then stole the victim’s vehicle. SUSPECT: White male adult.

7. Shooting Into a Vehicle (0425) 1400 Block of San Rocco Circle, Lakeview District

Officers responded to investigate the report of shots fired in the area. Officers located an unoccupied vehicle that had been struck by gunfire. There is no suspect information.
