SVRIWX The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Southeastern Allen County in northeastern Indiana... Northeastern Adams County in northeastern Indiana... Southwestern Paulding County in west central Ohio... Northwestern Van Wert County in west central Ohio...

* Until 515 PM EDT.

* At 425 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Monroeville, or 12 miles east of New Haven, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Paulding, Monroeville, Payne, Convoy, Dixon, Scott, Haviland, Latty, Broughton, Worstville, Edgerton In Allen County, Tipton, Zulu, Cavett, Mcgill, Hoagland, Tillman, Townley, and Briceton. This replaces the Severe Thunderstorm Warning which was previously in effect.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ADAMS, IN ... ALLEN, IN ... PAULDING, OH ... VAN WERT, OH

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the basement or small central room in a sturdy structure. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement agency. They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in Northern Indiana.
