* At midnight CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 5 inches of rain have fallen. Local emergency management has reported several water rescues in and around the town of Elsberry. lHeavy rain is continuing to fall the warning area as well. Flash flooding is occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Elsberry, Davis, Hardin, Eolia, Silex, Foley, Hamburg, Whiteside, New Hope and Olney.

Instructions:
