INCIDENT: PC290.011(a) - Fail to Register, Sex Offender
LOCATION: 1000 Block of Bailey Avenue, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Brett Howard Alderson, 60 Years Old, Resident of Earp, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Sunday, July 27, 2025, at approximately 11:42 a.m., Brett Alderson, went to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Colorado River Station to register as a sex offender. Through invesigation it was discovered Alderson had not registered for more than five working days as required by law. It was also discovered Alderson had left the State of California in violation of his probation terms.
Alderson was taken into custody and booked at the Colorado River Station jail with a bail amount of $30,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
