At 720 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5 miles northwest of Tucumcari, moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Tucumcari. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 330 and 331. State Road 104 between Mile Markers 94 and 105.
