Wilmington Police have arrested two men on burglary and theft charges.
 
On July 28 at approximately 1:31 a.m., police were dispatched to the area of 13^th and North Rodney Streets in reference to two subjects breaking into vehicles. Responding officers located two suspects – 52-year-old Kenneth Adams and 26-year-old Hunter Donovan – who were found to be in possession of property taken from a parked vehicle in the 1200 block of North Rodney Street. Both suspects were taken into custody without incident.
 
Adams has been charged with the following offenses:

• Burglary (Third Degree)
• Conspiracy (Second Degree)
• Theft Under $1,500

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $6,000 secured bail.
 
Donovan has been charged with the following offenses:

• Burglary (Third Degree)
• Conspiracy (Second Degree)
• Theft Under $1,500

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $6,000 secured bail.
