Please be advised that the lowering of manhole covers and gate valves for the 2025 Hot-in-Place Pavement Recycling and Resurfacing work will continue this week (July 29, 2025), at Hathaway Court, Harbor Point Drive, and Loomis Drive and Worden Street. 

This week's work involves the adjustment (lowering) of manhole covers in preparation for pavement milling, hot-in-place asphalt recycling, and resurfacing.  

All roads will remain open to traffic, but there will be lane closures, flagging, and short delays.  It is advised that traffic seek alternate routes around the work area.
