2025 Harvey Street Hot-in-Place Pavement Recycling and Resurfacing Work 
Please be advised that Harvey Street Hot-in-Place Pavement Recycling and Resurfacing work between Sternberg Road and Mount Garfield Road will start August 15th. Currently the work is scheduled to be completed by Labor Day.
The work involves the adjustment (lowering) of manhole covers in preparation for pavement milling, hot-in-place asphalt recycling, and resurfacing.
Harvey Street will remain open to traffic, but there will be lane closures, flagging, and short delays. It is advised that traffic seek alternate routes around the work area.
