4th Precinct To Host Back-to-School Giveaway on July 27th at West Side Park 
4th Precinct Commanders Captain N. Laurie and Executive Officer Lieutenant R. Stevenson, alongside Community Service Officers T. Frye and K. Eley, will host a Back-to-School Giveaway from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at West Side Park, South 17th Street entrance. The event will feature free food, music, and backpack and school supply giveaways until all items are distributed.
