On July 28, 2025, at 7:58 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a 911 report of an accident at the intersection of State Road 165 and County Road 1000 West.  Once law enforcement arrived on scene, they found a Silver 2003 Ford Taurus had turned over onto it roof.  At that point officers on scene located the driver 42-year-old Dominique Whitlock of Henderson.  While speaking with Mr. Whitlock Deputy Wes Baumgart detected the odor of alcohol and began a roadside DUI investigation.  At the conclusion of the investigation Mr. Whitlock was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Detention Center where he was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated/ Endangerment.
 
Deputy Eric Powell, Sgt. Loren Barchett, and Owensville Officer Steven Parker assisted in the investigation of this incident.
