Flood Advisory until 04:00AM 
* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of east central New Mexico, including the following counties, northern Curry and southern Quay.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 106 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow moving thunderstorms near House, Ragland and Wheatland. Rain amounts between 1 and 2.5 inches are likely with these storms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Quay, Grady, House, Wheatland, Ragland, Broadview, Bellview, Forrest and Mcalister. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
