Flood Advisory until 04:15PM 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast New Jersey, including the following counties, Bergen, Essex and Passaic.
* WHEN...Until 415 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 217 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Paterson, Passaic, Wayne, Rutherford, Hawthorne, Fairfield, Teterboro, Clifton, Fair Lawn, Garfield, Lodi, Elmwood Park, Little Falls, Saddle Brook, Cedar Grove, Hasbrouck Heights, Woodland Park, Wallington, Totowa and Maywood. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
