As you may know, there is a slow moving frontal system that will bring the potential for scattered to numerous instances of flash flooding, particularly for the NYC/NJ metro area this afternoon into tonight. This could result in strong and damaging winds, as well as flash flooding, in high-risk areas.. Overnight parking restrictions are waived for all residents living in the areas north of Lincoln Avenue. For those living in flood-prone areas along Highbrook Avenue, please contact the Village of Pelham Police Department at (914) 738-2000 if you'd like to make other parking arrangements.
