Be advised! With potential for heavy rainfall in the forecast, the City of Hackensack wants to remind everyone about the serious dangers of flooding.

Each year, more people die from flooding than from any other thunderstorm hazard. Never drive or walk through floodwaters. Even a small amount of moving water can be incredibly dangerous.
