INCIDENT: PC 211SA: Strong Arm Robbery
LOCATION: Dollar General, 4382 Phelan Road, Phelan
SUSPECT(S): Unknown, White Male Adult
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 9:33 p.m., deputies responded to a strong-arm robbery at Dollar General in Phelan.
The male suspect entered the business and proceeded to fill a shopping cart with multiple items. When staff approached the suspect, he agreed to leave the cart but then ran towards the exit of the business. When the staff attempted to stop the suspect, he assaulted one of the staff members. The suspect fled in a white sedan with no license plates.
The suspect is described as a white male adult in his 20's, approximately 6’0" tall. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and a black ski mask.
