FFWPHI The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for... Southeastern Monmouth County in central New Jersey... Northeastern Ocean County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 443 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain will move into the warned area over the next hour. Rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are then possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly after the heavy rain begins. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Toms River, Barnegat, Beachwood, Manasquan, Point Pleasant Beach, Seaside Heights, Mantoloking, Dover Beaches South, Dover Beaches North, Leisure Village East, Brick Township and Ramtown.

* AFFECTED AREAS: MONMOUTH, NJ ... OCEAN, NJ
