Activity for July 31, 2025:
- Officer Smith conducted a traffic stop at Seymour Avenue and East Ganson Street. The 49-year-old male driver was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Stallworth responded to the Kent County Jail for a warrant pick-up. A 38-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Stallworth responded to an address in Summit Township for a warrant pick-up. A 41-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Allison was dispatched to the 400 block of East South Street for a personal welfare check.
- Officer Mills responded to the 1500 block of East Michigan Avenue for a subject shoplifting. A 50-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Retail fraud charges will be sought on a 38-year-old female.
- Officer Mills made contact with a subject in the 1600 block of East Michigan Avenue. A 31-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
- Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of North State Street for a subject attempting to break into a vehicle. JCYC refused to lodge the 13-year-old male suspect for resisting and obstructing officers; charges will be sought.
- Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 400 block of North Pleasant Street. The 35-year-old male suspect fled prior to officers’ arrival, and has not been located.
