Starting at 10:30 am Cabrillo Blvd. and Shoreline Dr. will be closed from Loma Alta to Milpas St.  Additionally, Castillo St., Garden St., and Calle Cesar Chavez Streets will all be closed from Yanonali St. to Cabrillo Blvd.
