Missing and endangered Vicente Loera, 74, of Bluffton located safe and unharmed

The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating missing and endangered Vicente Loera, 74, of Bluffton.
Mr. Loera was reported missing this afternoon, August 1, 2025, by his family after he had not been seen for several hours from his home on Shady Glen Circle in Bluffton. He suffers from dementia, and there is concern for his safety.
He’s described as 5’10” tall, weighing 150 lbs., and was last seen wearing a black shirt and gray pants. Mr. Loera does not speak English.
Anyone who sees Mr. Loera is asked to call the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office non-emergency dispatch line at 843-524-2777.
