At 948 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Ross Lake, or 17 miles northwest of Owyhee, moving north at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust reducing visibilities. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Ross Lake around 950 PM MDT. Bybee Reservoir around 1010 PM MDT.
